THE WINNERS OF OUR LAST CHALLENGE ARE AT THE END OF THIS POST
--------------------------

Have you seen our latest releases in store?
We have another new digi release this week - check it out!

And check out the latest BOO HALLOWEEN digi printable collection....

Time to join the team & see what they've all been up to for this week's challenge, which is....

SOMETHING FOR THE BOYS...

EIVOR...On my card this week I used monsters! The stamp Little Monsters Scarymayree is perfect for a card to a little boy, don't you think? I cut out a square with the die Posydoodles Square and created a shaker square and placed the text Happy Birthday from Winnie Celebrations 1 sentiments inside.

Yolanda...This week I chose this cute Little Dude - he has some attitude, right? But I still love him though! I used the digi stamp but you can also buy him as a clear stamp too if you prefer - Happy crafting!

Nunzia: My project for this week is a bookmark for a boy and I composet it first, placing Football little Dude on a strip of patterned paper included in the same bundle and then printed all together. I colored the cute boy with alcohol markers and added a shadow to distinguish him from the backgroung. The sentiment is also from the same set.

Nelly I chose this week to make a notelet card to say thank you to my hubby whose has done lots of diy this year! i used eli-elephant-clearing-leaves-christmas-holiday-too-cute-digital-stamp-download-including-svg-file/i coloured him up using alcohol pens.

Pam: For our challenge this week ~ Something for the Boys ~ I've selected Rocket Car from the Little Dudes Collection.  I used my Copic markers to color the bright rocket and cute little pilot, then fussy cut around the image.  For the background on the card base, I used digital paper in this same set (bpap-19) for the road lanes.  The sentiment 'You Rock-et My World' is also included in the Rocket Car set along with several others and additional digital papers as well.  I used a die to cut out the entire card shape, just to make it look more like he was in motion. Check out this package here at Polkadoodles ~ it's a great one to have in your collection!
Janet: I've made a birthday card for this "something for the boys" challenge. I've used Mammoth Dinosaur from the Sticks and Bones collection. He's been coloured using Copic pens. I've used a few layers and the patterned papers are from Sticks and Bones texture papers 1 and the striped one is from the Toad-ally cute little dude.
Merja: I used Frankenstein Monster digi and coloured it with alcohol markers. The background papers are from Boneshakin Halloween paper pack - I distressed the edges with distressing tool, added green ink and taped them on the card base. Then I added some paper twine and added couple bats I've die cut with Scary Boo Matchables die set. The text is from Dino Mite Little Dude set and I also added some colour on it with Distress Inks.

AMAZING PROJECTS AS ALWAYS FROM THE FABULOUS DESIGN TEAM!
WE HOPE YOU ALL FIND SOME INSPIRATION TO USE!

Now for our challenge for this week and the theme chosen is:

Christmas in July!
Yes, we cardmakers are already thinking of the festive season even though the heat is blistering here in the UK, so get your Christmas stash at the ready and show us your wares!  Our favourite top 3 entries for this challenge will each win a copy of our brand new Christmas collection, Angelberry Christmas, which is just adorable and is worth £11.99!

Lou: for my card, I designed my own mittens template to make a free standing swing card thingy (lol). All the paper, embellies and sentiment are from the Angelberry Christmas CD. When the card is "flat" it will fit in to an A5 envelope.

Kim - My Christmas in July card features a gorgeous digi and papers and sentiment all from the gorgeous 'Angelberry Christmas'!  I've coloured the digi with alcohol pens, added lots of glittery stuff, some ribbon, punched snowflakes and pearls.

Ruth:  It appears that I have broken with tradition this week and gone for the Studio 12 cd - Gingerbread Twist - probably because I was feeling rather peckish and these gingerbread people look scrummy to eat!  All papers and images are from the cd and I've added organza ribbon from my stash.
JAN - I have made a central stepper card using paper and images from the brand new 'Angelberry Christmas' CD. I couldn't resist this little guy - can you see his shiny nose (with a little help from my glossy accents!)

Lizzie- For my card  I used a digi image from the new mini CD Angelberry Christmas I coloured her using promarkers. Papers are from the Gingerbread twist CD. I used my Stickles glitter glue to jazz up the Marianne die cuts of the stars and icicles. boy it sparkles this card !!! Added some gems and voila !!!

I also made this card using the pre-coloured image and embellies this is all from the Angelberry CD. I used the embellies to make banners !!!  Hope you like it !

Shell- For my card this week I have used the gorjuss new Angelberry Christmas cd. I cut a ice skate shape on my cameo, then added a little trim and a flower to finish

So there is our inspiration this week!
You have until 12 noon on Sunday 4th August to enter and good luck!

Tag your greeting

Hello everyone its Dee here with the post for today.  I have a lovely card for you made with the Studio 12 Picknix 1 CD.  The papers and elements are all from the Welcome Home collection.  The only bits I've added are cardstock, garden twine and small paper roses, and I inked all the edges with a Tea Dye Distress inkpad.  The ribbon and string running across the backing paper are a part of the paper, I simply cut along the edge of the ribbon with a craft knife and slipped my topper under it to make it look like its a separate piece.
As an extra I have a card made with the Polkadoodles Missy stamp set.  Nikky has put this set down to a very special price for a limited time so check it out, it really is a silly price so grab it while you can. The papers are from the Cherry Blossom Lane CD.

Tomorrow sees the new challenge post so make sure you check out all the wonderful makes from the design team.

So now on to this weeks challenge with the theme of Monochromatic Shades. The hardest part will be choosing which colour to go for and read on for some fabulous inspiration from the Design Team who have all excelled themselves with a gorgeous array of projects to feast your eyes on! You have to choose just ONE single colour for your project, but you can choose as many shades of that colour as you wish. The winner of this challenge will receive a Download Bundle choc full of goodies!

Emma. Hello there, here I am hi-jacking a week that I am not supposed to once again - Oh well, the challenge was just too enticing this week to miss. I have chosen the colour brown for my monochromatic look this week and all the elements came from the Sugar Plum Daisy CDROM. The colouring was Brushed Corduroy Distress Ink. Embellies are Marianne Design Creatables and Doodle Dewdrops.

Lucy: This week I used the backing papers from the Sugarplum Daisy CD Rom and the image is from the Candy Doodles CD Rom. The image and butterfly were coloured in using a mixture of Pro Markers and FlexMarkers. The butterfly and flower were made using Marianne Design Creatables.

Enfys: I can never resist this baby from the Sundae of Seasons CD, matching paper from the CD as well. I coloured white chipboard letters with blue to match, the whole thing is so soft and pretty, just like a new baby!

Lisa - The Crafting Owl. For the challenge this week I decided to think pink and have used the Miss Twoo template from Paper Boutique and papers from Sundae of Seasons to make a card. I've been wanted to have a go at this template for ages and this was the perfect opportunity.

Fliss - I've gone for blue for my card using a pretty image from the Pretty Sweet CD printed on thick cartridge paper and coloured with Aquamarkers. The papers are from the Pretty Tuff CD and the flowers from the Sugar Birdies Collectors Edition. The butterfly is from Sundae of Seasons and all I added was some punching with a Martha Stewart border punch.

Hi Daniele here, for my card this week I used images from the Love and Cherish CD, so many elegant designs perfect for weddings and anniversaries.

Anne - The papers are from the new Sugar Plum Daisy CD , the banner and image are from Not for Girls CD. Coloured with prisma pencils which I blended with mineral spirits and as it's CAS I only added a few little dew drops to embellish.

Miria - To decorate my paper bag I used an image from cd Sundae of Seasons, I paper pieced and distressed it, the papers and sentiment are from the same cd. The die-cuts are Marianne design Creatables. Buttons, lace and pompom trim from stash.

Diane - The wonderful Sugar Plum Daisy CD has been the source of most of the items on my card. The image has been coloured with Copics and Wink of Stella pens.

Ruth - How could I resist and not make a Christmas card?! Papers are from Sundae of Seasons and I've distressed the edges with a pair of scissors. I've used two Marianne Creatables dies - the snowflakes (LR0125) which I have cut from vellum, and also the hanging icicles (LR0135). Two half pearls and some liquid pearls for detail and the card is complete!

So there's your inspiration - some fantastic projects from the DT this week I think you'll agree! You have until Sunday 20 May at 12 noon GMT to enter the challenge, so just add your URL to the Linky below! Good Luck!
