Blog Sponsorship

Polkadoodles would love to sponsor your challenge blog throughout the year and we welcome your sponsor applications...

Our Sponsor package (updated 1/1/25)

1. We will provide 1 digital stamp of your choice per 3 team members for your Design Team to use in your designated post (up to a max of 3 images). These may not be shared outside of the Design Team but they may use them for personal use as well, following the Terms and Conditions and Angel Policy of Polkadoodles Ltd. 
2. You must allocate the image to the relevant team member and not distribute all images to the whole team. - this breaks our terms and conditions. 
3. Your design team are required to use ALL of the images supplied.
4. Winners Prizes: We will donate 2 INDIVIDUAL digital stamps (NOT BUNDLES - ensure your post/winners are aware of this please!) to 1 winner maximum per challenge. 
5. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash and no overages are allowed on the voucher value.  See procedure below for Claiming Winners.
6. Your Challenge/blog needs to be open to as many people as possible, we prefer to sponsor open challenges which are not difficult to enter.
7. You must give full credit to Polkadoodles as sponsors and include FULL PRODUCT LINKS to the digi supplied and you must NEVER post unwatermarked digital images either on your site, online or in print anywhere.
8. If we are co-Sponsors on your challenge this must be agreed with us first and you must give all sponsors equal exposure and you must inform us who we are sharing sponsorship with. 
9. Please share your challenge to theCraft, Stamp, Colour with Polkadoodles facebook group where the Polkadoodles teams will help to promote the challenge for you and so that our team can also enter your challenge too to help promotion. Tag using our hashtags on Instagram so we can share.
10. Conditions:  You are not expected to watermark your photos but you have an obligation to protect the images from Copyright theft and we take this seriously so please ensure that the images can’t just be copied and pasted so that people can use them as digital stamps. You will not be permitted to share to the Polkadoodles platforms with photos which are not suitably protected and any photos shared with us which do not meet this criteria will be removed from our platforms where applicable. 
11. Email your sponsor request by using the form HERE

You must include your blog links, prospective dates and full details in your email.

PLEASE NOTE: 

We are not a home based business - we have an office and are extremely busy with other things as well as our digi sales so please don't continually spam us if you don't get a reply immediately. 

Sponsorship emails will be responded to within a few days but please allow up to 28 days for a reply. We receive around 500 emails a day so trawling through these takes a long time. We will get back to you, but please ensure you leave enough time before you want your event etc to go live.

Once we have confirmed sponsorship you must contact us for your images (you are free to choose what you wish from the download store within the sponsor parameters from the Polkadoodles website www.polkadoodles.co.uk). 

To request DT images: 

Go to the Polkadoodles store, place an order and at checkout use the 'pay by phone option' to place the order. Please email us the order number and challenge details so the order can be released. We do not email images and all requests will be verified.

Digital stamps will be the responsibility of the person in charge of your blog and it is that person's responsibility to distribute to your team. You must only distribute one stamp per person on the team and not share all the stamps between the team.  

The designated contact will need to create a team account on the Polkadoodles website so we can manage your file downloads easily.  

If you have a major event planned please let us know as we may consider increasing our Sponsor package for the event to include a whole download collection or gift voucher.

CLAIMING YOUR WINNERS:

To speed up claims, we have a procedure in place which works well, so please follow this procedure: ALL winners claims must come from YOU, not directly from the winner.

1. When you announce your winner, please ask them to choose their digis from the store and email you the SKU, Name and a Link to the product when they claim their prize with you. 

Please tell them to allow up to 28 days for a reply. 

This saves a lot of time emailing back and forth between you, us and the winner and means the winner will receive their prize quicker.

Claims are dealt with in batches, usually every 4 weeks.

(If you do not follow this procedure, we will not contact your winner direct, we will email you back and request this information again, which causes further delay and the claim will go back into the queue again).

2. Do not ask your Winners to contact us directly - we require your verification on an official email from you. We will not issue claims direct to your Winners.

3. Please email the winners claim HERE together with a link to your challenge AND a link to the winners post so we can verify against our records and so we can then send their prizes directly to them. 

Prizes will not be sent without this info. 

In your email title please add: Winners claim XXXX challenge/blog and the publication date together with the original URL Links as above.

This can save weeks going back and forth trying to contact people and chasing around. 

PLEASE DO NOT CLAIM VIA FACEBOOK/SOCIAL MEDIA - ALL COMMUNICATION REGARDING SPONSORSHIPS WILL ONLY BE ANSWERED VIA EMAIL.

Please ensure your team are fully aware of the T&C's and that they respect the artist's copyright by not sharing images.
