So let's see what the Design Team have been up to this week - can you believe we're now into December already, eeeks! Time for overload on the Christmas inspiration!

Judy: This week's card was created with Frosty the Snowman Tree Time. I colored the digi with Copic markers. The snowflake was die cut using Fancy Snowflake. I used a patterned paper from the Christmas Joy Digiscrap Download Bundle. The sentiment is from Snowball Kisses Stamp Set.

Kim - Colored this frosty the snowman with copics. I created the background using the snowflake flurry stencil and some Distress inks. Since we were asked to use four squares, I handmade little gifts!
Lisa - I have used up scraps of paper from the Ho Ho Ho 6x6 paper pad to make the background for my card. I die cut them into four small squares, doodled a border on them and layered them to create the pattern. I have also used the snowman from the Smiley Snowman stamp set and coloured it with alcohol markers. Finally I've added a digital sentiment from Winnie White Christmas Big Kahuna and used the holly die from the Holly Spruce die set.

Janet, for my card this time I've used snowmen, Frosty Tree HaulFrostella and GingerFrosty wrap up warm and Frostella shopping haul. I coloured them with Polychromo pencils and then die cut the images to make 4 smaller squares to fit in with the 4 square theme. The background paper is from Winnie white Christmas printable papers 3 and the sentiment is from Festive word art.

Wow! Fabulous projects from the team this week, we hope we've inspired you all again : )

Wk 47 Anything Goes Craft & Card Making challenge with Polkadoodles

So let's see what the Design Team have been up to this week!

Ruth:  I've dug out the faithful Gnome Stamp and stamped it directly onto the card blank and used Promarkers to colour plus a little glitter glue here and there.  To finish, I've scored a border around the edge of the card.

Sybil:  I made a slimcard using the Christmas Wishes Craft Stencil which is filled with such fun Christmas images and sentiments! I sponged on distress oxide inks to make an ombre effect, starting with the lightest color of blue at the bottom working my way up with the darkest shade at the top. There is no backing paper, the ink was applied directly to the card base. I also added a few gems and sequins to finish off the card.

Merja - This time I used Deck the Halls and Smiley Snowman stamps. I stamped everything right on cardboard and the baubles I coloured with alcohol markers. I used bright colours to cheer up this mostly white card.

Jane: I chose to colour the gorgeous Weirdre Angel Wings clear stamp in Christmas colours and turn her into a Christmas fairy. I added a string of bauble lights above her using the newly released Gnomeazing. The sentiment is also from that set.

Nelly using land and sea stencil - i think this gives a windy effect background. Printing and  masking the Unicorn sparkles image, I applied distress inks through the mask. The " Believe sentiment was also printed straight onto the card.

Melissa - I chose to colour the adorable Bella Bear Bauble digital stamp.  I have printed the image and sentiment onto X-Press It blending card and cut it out using a die.  It was then coloured with Copic Markers.  Glitter has been added to the trim and bauble of the hat.

Fabulous projects from the team this week, we hope we've inspired you all again : )

Wk46 Anything Goes Craft & Cardmaking Challenge

So let's see what the Design Team have been up to this week!
Judy: Do you like making interactive cards? There are so many types! My DT card here is a "Pop and Twist" style.I have used a digital from Winnie Winterland Digis Download.I colored the digital with Prismacolor pencils and inked the background with Sparkle pens. The Layering Trees Craft Die was used to embellish. The sentiments and snowflakes are from Christmas Joy Digiscrap Download.

Kim  here with my interactive card, this adorable guy is on a spring and bounces around. This is the Noel Christmas mouse  which is so cute. I colored him with my copics and added some sweet candies from Baked with Love Embellies  and that oh so fun polka dot paper is from Snowtime like Christmas paper. This is such a fun paper pack!

Sheri - Hello there! For this challenge, I chose this super sweet image, Winnie Heavenly Angel.  Because the image is so sweet on its own, I kept it very simple by just adding an inked background, created with Distress Oxides. I love the clean and simple feel to this card.

Thank you so much for stopping by.

Janet here, I've used the Cute Penguins and made a sideways waterfall card. It's been a while since I made one of these. I printed the images twice and flipped two of the round so they could have a different view. They've been coloured with Polychromo pencils. The background papers are from Winnie winterland paper heaven

Lisa - For today's card I have paired the Snowtime 6x6 paper pad with the digital stamp Cute Snowmen Dog, which has been coloured with alcohol markers. I've kept the design clean and simple because when you pull the tag there is a little surprise.......it's a magic slider card.

Fabulous projects from the team this week, we hope we've inspired you all again : )

Wk45 Anything Goes Craft & Cardmaking Challenge

So let's see what the Design Team have been up to this week!

Nelly  Yippee its Friday ! here we have a one layer card with a distressed inky background, CAS cards i always find difficult to leave white space! Here i have used a stemmed flower stamp taken from Polkadoodles  clear stamp set  https://www.polkadoodles.co.uk/spring-rose-transitions-layering-stamps-clear-polymer-stamp-set/

Jane I've used the gorgeous Gil Rabbit Gardening digi stamp as I thought it suited the thanksgiving harvest vibe going on at this time of the year. I printed it an extra time and hand cut this second print to use as a mask so that I could ink up a background to surround it. I also placed a circle stencil over the image before inking.

Ruth:  I've used one of the quotes from the Sentimentals 6x6 paper pack and used the Squarey Swirly Hearts dies and one of the Posydoodles Basics Square dies to cut the different layers.  I've used ink sprays to create the background and then added some half pearls underneath the sentiment and scored a border around the edge of the card.

Sybil  I'm sharing a sweet thank you card created with the super cute Something To Say Digi.  As per the challenge theme I created an inky background with distress oxide inks and added a few enamel dots. Sometimes a simple card says it best.
Merja - I wanted to do thank you card for my hubby. I used True Love digi stamp and coloured it with alcohol markers. The background I did using distress inks and Timeless Rose Sweethearts stencil. Thank you and my love texts are from All About Her Sentiments stamp set. I love this card - it's all about love ❤️

Melissa - For my card I have used the adorable 'Agnes Elephant Balloon' Digital Stamp.  I have printed it and coloured it with Copic Markers.  I then fussy cut the image.  The background is Alcohol Ink (Copic refills) onto Black Yupo Paper.  The sentiment in chipboard coloured with Copic Markers and covered with Glossy Accents to give it a shine.

Fabulous projects from the team this week, we hope we've inspired you all again : )
