So let's see what the team have made for you this week...
We are thrilled to welcome Lorraine to the Design Team - we love her makes and know you will adore them too! The lovely Catrin is also back with us after a little while taking a break...welcome to the team ladies, we are SO excited to have you with us!
Lorraine - Hello there! For my first project with the Polkadoodles team I created this card using the Winnie Fairy Wings digi stamp. I coloured her with Copics and Promarkers and added lots of glitter to her fairy wings for sparkle. finished the card with these Pretty Scallop oval dies and made up the foliage using the lovely Poinsettia & Holly Flower Craft Cutting die set. The papers are from the Theo Penguin digital papers set 3 and the sentiment is from the Snow & Sparkles Christmas Holiday Snowman Clear stamps.
Copics used - E25, E29, R59 G29
Promarkers used - Lipstick red, cardinel red, Burgundy, Ruby, Oatmeal, blush, Coral, Leaf green, Meadow green, holly.,
Also used Pretty Scallop Ovals - PD 9198
Poinsettia & Holly Flower Craft Cutting die set PD9052
Catrin : Hello! It's great to be back on the team. Today I have used Tim Holtz Spun Sugar distress oxide and then used the Christmas Trees Layering Stencil and the Sugared Pink Butter Frosting texture paste to add texture to the card. I cut the larger snowflake from the Sparkling snowflakes die set.
I printed and fussy cut the Winne White Christmas Lantern digi stamp and coloured with Promarkers: Hat and Cloak: Sky Blue, Duck Egg,Cool Aqua, Ivory and OatmealDress: Pale Pink and Pink Mittens Lantern: Cool grey 6 5 and 3. I'd love you to follow my social media so I can also follow you back!
Renske - Hello everyone! For this Christmas card, I combined the Rudolph Reindeer Wreath digital stamp with the Christmas Greetings Quote Sentiments and Elvis Wesley Moose themed papers. I coloured the elf and reindeer with Ohuhu alcohol markers and created a double-sided envelope pocket using two coordinating digital papers. The pocket holds a little North Pole Special Delivery tag, making the card extra special. For the background, I used a textured wallpaper sample to create a snowy winter feel. I finished the card by letting the coloured image overlap the envelope, adding dimension and bringing all the elements together. I hope you like it. Happy Crafting!

Revati - Hello again! For this holiday card, I used the Cute Christmas Penguins digi stamp, but gave them a fun twist by coloring them bright yellow instead of traditional penguin shades, completely inspired by Tweety Bird! To keep the focus on these cheerful little characters, I went with a clean and simple layout paired with two sentiments from the Christmas Greetings digi stamp set. While it’s hard to catch fully in the photo, I finished off the design by adding Glossy Accents to their cozy winter hats and dusting on some white glitter for the perfect festive sparkle.

Ana - Hi friends! I've been wanting to do a little mixed media lately, so for this week's Polkadoodles project I created this sweet (and super cute!) autumn card featuring Winnie Autumn Wishes!
I played with this collection a few weeks ago make a card sketch. I loved how it turned out and loved even more that it received such lovely engagement on my socials, with a handful of people commenting on how cute it was, so of course, I had to play with Winnie Autumn Wishes again.
This card is actually really quick and easy to put together. I started with patterned paper for the background, added a layer of gauze for texture, tucked in my colored Winnie digi stamp, and added few floral embellishments and a sentiment. Those simple mixed media elements add just enough interest to make the card feel extra special without taking a lot of time.
If you'd like to recreate this card, you'll find a step-by-step tutorial over on my blog HERE!
Thanks so much for stopping by today! If you make this card or are inspired to create your own mixed media project, I'd love to see it. Don't forget to follow me on Instagram, Facebook, and my blog for more cardmaking inspiration, tutorials, and crafty fun!

Nelly - This week for my DT card I’ve chosen to use a Winnie printable from Polkadoodles. Isn’t she super cute holding all those gifts? I added a pocket to the front of the card so I had the perfect place to tuck in some tags for a birthday surprise. I left the backs of the tags blank too, so the recipient can reuse them afterwards – a little extra gift in itself! I hope you like this card!
Thanks so much to the design team for their gorgeous inspiration this week - wow!
