Now let's see what wonderful inspiration the Design Team have for you this week.   The DT's twist on the challenge theme is........CHRISTMAS and if you want to join in with that theme then go for it :-)

We would like to welcome another new member to the Polkadoodles Design Team.  Say hello to Norma, she has a wonderful blog and you must pop along and take a look. She has jumped straight in this week, so check out her creation below, along with the rest of the fabulous Design Team :-)

Norma.- For my first project as a DT in Polkadoodles,  I decided to make a winter card that hides a gift card, I  used  MissPretty that was released  in June and some of the trees for the kit  Winnie Winterland  I colored it with my copic markers. I think that it can be super cute for a little girl.

Ruth:  I've used one of the soon to be released Christmas stamps!  I've combined Frosty The Snowman with the Christmas Gifts stamp.  All coloured with Promarkers and added to an acetate card.  Such cute stamps and perfect for kids!

Helen - Christmas will soon be here so I'm starting on the gift bags for those pressies and you can't beat this little Owl Gift Bag. It's a template from the Twiggy and Toots Festive Fun Collection, bet you didn't know that was there and soooo easy to make, just print , cut and stick!! You can find it right here.

Karon - I have used the fabulous new Polkadoodles Stamp sets on my card today.  The Christmas Poinsettia/Holy set and the Christmas Santa Claus set.  I am not one for colouring, so I stamped the Poinsettia out several times on green then red papers (my papers are from the wonderful Festive Christmas collection), then I fussy cut the poinsettia and layered it up with some foam tape.  Then stamped the sentiment onto the blue paper - perfect.

Carol - Today I have made a Christmas card with papers from the  Festive Christmas collection and topped it with Hollybobs Santa from the Work and Play 5 - Festive Hollybobs collection.  To make the cutting out easier, I combined Hollybobs Santa and the background paper he is on before I printed it. Then I used some nesting dies to cut each layer before assembling the card - so it was much easier than fussy cutting Hollybobs Santa, though I did fussy cut the flower.

Lisa - I have made a card today using papers and embellishments from the Festive Christmas Download.

Craftica - Today I used Winnie Winterland - Design Sheet 13  to create little messages to add to my daughter's classmates little presents for the last day in school, I'm working on everything ahead of time as she usually gets a lot of brilliant ideas the night before going on Holiday.

Shylaa - I have fallen in love with Ula's Life. I have created a Christmas card with Ula life journal stamp. Adhered the pattern paper to the card base. Added the postage die cut panel above it with foam tape. Tied a twine around it. Decorated the diecut panel with 3d stickles and sequins. The Ula image is water coloured with staedtler colour pencils and did a fussy cut and adhered to the diecut panel.

Lots of fabulous creations to inspire you.

using colors Blue Red and White just in time to get into the July mood I used the Winnie Starfish/Sandcastles Design Sheet .  Just had to print cut and use to decorate my planner weekly spread.
Carol - For my inspiration this week I've used some background paper from the Winnie Starfish and Sandcastles collection and added a pre-coloured image from the Horace and Boo collection - Scooting Around.
Karon - I have used the wonderful download collection of Daisydays.  All the elements are from this collection.  I have layered up the papers and then added some dimension to the flowers.  All the edges of all the layers have been inked.
Lisa - I have got Christmas on my mind already so I've used the Work & Play 5 Festive Hollybobs Full Download Collection to create a Red, White and Blue Christmas Card.

Now let's see what wonderful inspiration the Design Team have for you this week...The DT's twist on the challenge theme is Polka Dots...

Helen - Don't you just love Helga? This Hippo is just adorable and she's gone a bit dotty as she  just loves polka dots. You can find the big kahuna collection here at the store. I've teamed her up with some of those fab Polkadoodles dies to including one of the beautiful LDRS ones the Dainty Doily
Ruth:  Did you know that girly collections are not just for girly cards?!  I've used papers from Fredericka Mini CD collection and made a cute Father's Day card!  I've also added dotted liquid pearls and silver circle die cuts.
Shylaa - How cute is this Ula. Don't you hear the whispering of those lovely beauties. This stamp is from - Ula's life - Ula Don't listen. The gorgeous flowers are from the Horace & Boo Design sheet collection. Just outlined the card with hand drawn borders.Fuzzy the flowers from the design sheet and added pearl to its center.Adhered the fuzzy cut ula to the cardbase with foam tape.
Jacki - Hello for my make today I have used the beautiful Ula I love this image (inner Beauty )for my papers I have used various collections getting all the polka dots I could find lol (love them) the flowers are from the new release Lil' miss sunshine
Karon - I have used the lovely Lavender Tea Download collection for all of my card today.  All the papers are from this collection, including the flowers and the sentiment.  I love the colour palette in this collection, so calming.
Janet Craftica - Today I'm working on my planner again, this time I made a kit of dividers, using Polkadoodles design papers. I took all the polka dots papers I found on these kits #1#2 #3
which are part of the Li'l' Miss Sugarpops.  Using my electronic cutting machine program I created the dividers templates and added the papers as background color then added one of the images from the same KITS which you can find  HERE.  Finally I added a quote, printed, and cut everything getting as a result these lovely dividers for planners.
Carol - For today's make I am using Footballer from Work and Play 6. To add polka dots I used one of the background papers from the collection.I coloured my little soccer player with my copics.
Lisa - I picked some lovely polka dot papers from the Winnie in Wonderland Download Collection to make my card along with plenty of embellishments/design sheet elements from the same collection and the Winnie Wonderland digi stamp, which I printed on Kraft card and coloured with my alcohol markers. It wasn't until after I assembled the card I realised I had hidden all my polka dot papers! Some white acrylic paint to the rescue.....I added polka dots to Winnie's dress and some of the heart embellishments.
Lots of fabulous creations to inspire you.
