Let's see what the Design Team have created to get you inspired this week!...

Julie - Today’s Design Team project is a super sweet Easter treat holder. The front and back fit together to look like an Easter Egg, with a partial box sandwiched between the layers of egg to hold a favorite Easter treat. The decorative paper layer from Pretty Spring Papers created the perfect backdrop for this cute Cheeky Chick image, which I colored with Copic Markers. Or you can skip the coloring and simply download the pre colored version—even quicker! The Eggstra Special greeting worked perfectly for the mini eggs stuffed into the middle of the egg, while the smaller version is sized perfectly for an Easter Creme Egg. You could trade out the Easter candy for a cookie & tea bags. Also I was able to fill the Easter Egg with 2 little containers of gems, a mini bottle of liquid glue, and a bottle of embossing powder to gift as a crafty treat! Kim D - Kim here today sharing this adorable easter card using the Chirpy Chirpy Cheep Cheep set. He is just the sweetest. I colored him up using copics and used some glossy accents for the water. I believe the paper I used was from the Pretty Winnie Daisy Papers. He is ready to celebrate the day!

Maria - Easter time is such a wonderful crafting season. I absolutely love creating projects for it — even if, in the end, we don’t actually give away that many paper crafts, right? Still, a little chocolate can be packaged in the most delightful Easter way, especially when you have gorgeous papers like the Adalene Craft Paper to work with.I wrapped my box with this beautiful paper and then decorated it with the enchanting bloom from the Pretty Layers Flower Dies, a soft feather, and a sentiment from the Great Occasions Stamp set. A sweet little bow from the Ribbon Tag Dies found the perfect spot on the bunny’s ear to finish everything off. I really love how this turned out — soft, elegant, and perfectly Easter-ready! Here's my socialmedia:

Mary - I thought a little photo journal would make a lovely Easter gift, so I took a piece of cardboard about 11 11/8 x 5 10/8in and folded it in half. I added about 1/4 in on either side of the centre for the spine. I took some paper from Paper Heaven 4, Wanda, Watercolour Flower Stem, plus other collections to use on the outside of the book, as well as, inside and for decoration. I applied paper to the spine, then another pattern for the front and back of the book. I then applied another piece of paper on the inside of the cover of the book. I also cut up some ephemera and pieces for decoration from Wanda Toppers, Clumsy Wanda, Winnie Sugar Sprinkles Embellies, plus others things I have laying around from other projects. I took two pieces- of 1 x 11in paper and scored it at 1in then every 1in. The first score line will be like a foot to apply to the book later. The other score lines will be mountain/valley folds, back and forth until you can make another 1in foot near the end of the paper (the last inch of paper will be cut off). We then need to cut a piece of paper 1/2in x 2 to help secure our pages after we get them ready.
I cut the pages for the journal about 8 x 5.5 to 10 x 5.5in (I did use a couple of smaller scraps for pages for fun and to use them up). Once the different pages were cut, I folded them in half and cut a 1in slit across the middle of the page. These slits go over the mountains and the 1/2in strip will go in between the mountain to hold the papers in place. You can also fold the small piece to hold it better. Do not glue it because you will not be able to add pages if you do this. You can add more than 1 page to the mountains, if you choose. After the pages are in, you can start decorating and embellishing any way you like. I added a Gold Brad from my stash to use as a closure hook and used white and gold twine. I’ve added some ribbon, put envelopes, note pages, and decorations on and in the journal. It’s yours. You may do whatever makes you happy!

Taty - Hi creatives, today I'm sharing my DT inspiration, a quick project to wrap your Easter gifts. I created a little box that measures 41/2 x 2 x 8 inches, starting from a piece of cardboard that measures 13 x 10 inches. I decorated the box with the beautiful image Bunny Rabbit with Spring Carrots, colored with Prismacolor pencils. I share the colors - carrots 1002-118-1033, green 912-109, flower 1001-1033, eggs 915-102-928-1014-929, pink 1014-929, gray 1059-1060-1054. The greeting phrase inserted at the top of the package is part of the collection Spring Flower Mothers Day Friends. As embellishments I added satin flowers in the same color as the box and white leaves and flowers. To close the package I used satin ribbon with a flower pattern.

Rachael - Hello friends, Rachael here, sharing some spring sunshine with one of my absolute favourite spring images. This gorgeous girlie from the Darling buds collection Tulip flower girl Darling Buds - printable digital stamp for card making, craft, scrapbooking, printable stickers - Polkadoodles card making, craft, scrapbooking supplies and digital stamp, svg, clipart printables is called 'tulip girl' and it so much fun to colour, and I love that I was able to make her bigger in size to fit my project. You have got to LOVE digis for this. Happy crafting everyone!

Liz - Easter is on it's way, so I have decorated this fabulous Dreamy hares shelf sitter, I've created it as an Easter project, but it looks gorgeous for other celebrations too, ie New Baby. I've used acrylic paints dabbed onto the pieces with a piece of sponge, this gives texture and if using two colours on the sponge as I did in some places you get a two tone look, I added some of the lovely Polka Dots onto the trees and used some of the gorgeous Daisy Daisy papers for the hand created Easter Eggs these are of course something I added for the Easter theme, along with some Easter chicks from my stash.
