Wk 20 - Card making & craft challenge - Anything Goes creative craft challenge at Polkadoodles

Welcome to a new card making & craft challenge!

Today our new challenge starts and we are bringing you lots of inspiration...

Let's see the inspiration from the team - today we've been creating lots of lovely Mermaid and beachy inspiration for you!...

Merja - Hello! Today I created this mermaid card using the lovely

Winnie Mermaid Mermazing - best friends digital stamp download and the Heavenly circles stencil which is one of my favourites!

Pam ~ For my Mermaid/Ocean card I've combined two images ~ Winnie Mermaid - Mermazing Kisses and Winnie Starfish/ Sandcastles - Seahorse. I've colored them with Copic markers and made a slimline shaker card for the background. The shaker was made using the cellophane bag method with green iridescent confetti glitter as the filler. Once secured to the base with the open lattice frame, I then added the completed image to the center of the card.

Nunzia: for my card of today I created a island scene for this cute Miss Mermaid coloured with alcohol markers. I printed a couple of Tropical Palm Trees and coloured the sand around them. Under the beach I gave a wave shape to a piece of Pretty Winnie daisy-papers and added some sparkling. Also the card base is decorated with a sheet included in the same bundle. The sentiment is part of Winnie Mermazing quotes.

Wendy - Who's ready for summer? I know I am! This cutie is living my summer dream - lounging in the sun with not a care in the world. If only, right? She's part of the VIPXXL EDITION Winnie Starfish/Sandcastles Craft Printables collection. The little crab is one of many awesome digis that come with this package so you can add extra characters and elements to your scenes. I can't wait to color the rest of these adorable characters and build scenes for them to play in. Thank you for looking!

Rachael - Hi everyone, Rachael here again with this week's challenge inspiration. I did something this week, way out of my comfort zone, I coloured a whole scene with copics. This image is called Breaktime and I have expanded it to fill a whole 6x6 card, and coloured the background too. There are loads of new scenes released recently if this is something you love to do! check them all out!
