Time to join the team & see what they've all been up to this week....
We are super happy to welcome a new team member today - Welcome Ine! Make sure you check out her blog, she has some super projects waiting for you to drool over!
Ruth: I've used one of the images from Winnie Celebrations 1 and used Promarkers to colour plus papers from Vintage Candy - I've used up the tiny bits from a previous project as hate to have any waste! The sentiment is also from Winnie Celebrations 1 and I've layered it and the image onto some lilac card I found in my stash. Perfect for one of my Niece's Birthdays!
Jane - Don't you just love this Winnie Key To The Door image? Guessing it must be one of those milestone birthdays for her! I picked some pretty papers from the Scrumptious Sugar pack and then coloured Winnie up in matching oranges and pinks. I printed the sentiment from Winnie Celebrations 3 at the same time as I printed the image. Once coloured I matted up the image and added some die cut Super Sprigs to the left hand side.
Merja - I love this Having a Giraffe stamp set. I wanted to do simple and adorable birthday card with it. I coloured the giraffe with alcohol markers. The background I did with Distress Inks and Distressed Trellis stencil (because it looks almost like giraffes spots). I also used that stencil behind the text and die cutted it with Squarey Swirly Hearts die. Giraffe and text I taped with foam tape to give some 3D vibe. I think this card is a spot on!
I have printed it onto X-Press It Blending Card and coloured it with Copic Markers. I added Liquid Pixie Dust and Glossy Accents to the Balloon. The sentiment is chipboard which I have also coloured with Copic Markers, added Shimmer and Glossy Accents. I have also added LED lights to the centre of the card to light up the balloon.
I've used all sorts of yellow, so nice to use no other colours. Further I've used a lovely oval die-cut and a nice birthday text . Hope you'll like my first card I've made on this team.
Really fabulous projects from the team!
