Wk 13 Card making & craft challenge - Anything Goes creative craft challenge at Polkadoodles

Welcome to a new card making & craft challenge!

Today our new challenge starts and we are bringing you lots of inspiration...

Challenge theme:
Easter

Let's see the inspiration from the team...

Judy: We are showcasing Easter cards today! Mine was created with Easter Basket Chick from Spring into Easter Printable Craft Downloads. I colored the digi with Castle Arts Pasteltint Pencils and fussy cut. The patterned paper I used is from Spring into Easter Printable Paper Patterns Set 3. One of the sentiments was printed and cut from Spring into Easter Messages. Ribbon, a bow and 2 enamel dots were added for embellishment.

Natalia Kuzak - Hello crafters, Easter is one step ahead... I.ve prepared an egg shape card for you with Butterfly Chick spring into Ester's printable digi stamp. I coloured it with pencil.I closed the pict in two broken pisces of egg coulured with Distress Ink and using the stencil Polka Dot Mesh. I wish you all Happy Easter!


Sarah - I couldn't help thinking that this oval trellis die would make the most gorgeous intricate Easter Egg! So I inlaid it onto my card, with a background of acetate so that you can see through the front of the card, and then added that cute cottontail bunny - isn't she adorable?! I also used the sentiment 'Hello Chick!' to complete the card.


ENRICA - Happy Easter everyone! For my project this week I've made a colorful card-in-a-box using two cute stamps from the Gnome for Easter set Happy Easter - Gnome & Gnome Spring Chicks. The Patterned papers are from Spring Gnomes - printable paper patterns
and the sentiment from the Winnie Sugar Sprinkles Sentiment/Quotes Bundle. I Love these cute images, absolutely perfect to create a fun Easter card!


Sabina  - Hello everyone! Today I am sharing my DT project for the Polkadoodles Easter challenge using this cute Bunny Rabbit with Easter Egg, coloured with alcohol markers and cut out with hexagon die. Sentiment is from Easter greetings, quotes and sentiments. For the background I've used paper from Pretty Spring papers.


Bea - For my project I have made a Distress Oxide background. I chose to use the cute Winnie Bunny Ears Onesie image, and I think she is beyond adorable!!! The sentiment is from the Easter Greetings Quotes and Sentiment set. I always have so much fun creating with Polkadoodles! I would love for you to visit me here over at my Blog or my Instagram page


Sonja - for this challenge I used a carton for four eggs and decorated with the sweet Girl Easter Bunny Ears Winnie SpringtimeThe Sentiment I used is from Easter greetings, quotes and sentimentsand the paper is from Pretty Spring papers. Renske - Hello everyone. Sometimes you just need a quick card that doesn't take too much time to make. That's why pre-coloured digital stamps are ideal. So for this card, I made use of them. I combined the digital stamp with the digital paper pretty spring papers set and added a sentiment from the easter greetings,quotes and sentiments set. Hope you like it. Happy crafting! Wk 12 Card making & craft challenge - Anything Goes creative craft challenge at Polkadoodles

Let's see the inspiration from the team...

Pam ~ This week we have been working on Men and Boys card to inspire you. I've selected 'Superhero' from the Little Dudes Collection along with the star digi paper for my project card. After Copic coloring and hand cutting him out, I wanted to ground him on something. My search led me to the steps in the Magic Garden Soup set. They worked perfect with this little fellow and the preprinted sentiment which is also from Polkadoodles.





Merja - I wanted to create a simple black/white card. I used the whiskey glass from Ready To Stumble stamp set and coloured it with alcohol markers. To the background I just added some dots with Snowball, Snowflake, Bubble Dots stencil and black Distress Ink.






Nunzia: my card today is dedicated to a man or a boy. I printed twice the truck digi and created a street scene jagging some pieces of Happy cactus paper patterns 1 to reproduce the grass and blending the sky with distress oxide inks. The sentiments on car doors and on the grass are from Wings of love sentiments.







Wendy L Hi everyone! I'm playing with the Fishing Gnome for Men bundle. What fisherman doesn't love getting up at the crack of dawn to nap all day in their lounge chair? Everything in my card is available in this mini bundle, including that cute little fish watching the gnome sleep. I colored it all with my copic markers. Thank you for looking!






Rachael - I know fathers day isn't until June, but it's a perfect opportunity to use this gnome on his motorcycle. Men's cards can often be hard to make but this fantastic range of gnomes has something for every man in your life.



        



Michelle - Ahoy Mates! Here is a fun, boy birthday card to create for your favorite little pirate! I started by using the Little Dudes Pre-coloured pirate! He is too cute! I added my patterned papers from the Happy Cactus Succulent printable patterns 2 and layered my “Happy Birthday” sentiment from the Winnie Daisy greetings set.

Wk 11 Card making & craft challenge - Anything Goes creative craft challenge at Polkadoodles

Bea - I have made a simple 5 1/2x 4 1/2 layered card. All the papers I used are from the Lily Bug Love Paper Heaven 2 and to add a pop of color I used Picked Raspberry Distress Ink. The beautiful image is Blossoming Winnie, and the sentiment from the Mother's Day Messages and Sentiments. What a fun image to color! Judy: My Mother's Day card was created with Dahlia Flower 1. I colored with Prismacolor Pencils and fussy cut, before placing in a die cut frame. The background patterned paper is from Dahlia Flower 2 Download. I die cut the sentiment. The Dahlia Flower 1 and Dahlia Flower 2 are two of the Digi Deals which are great small bundles that contain all you need to create great projects.


Natalia Kuzak - Hello, We are about Mothers Day tomorrow , so I created a simply card with the Rebel Cool Girl and a lots of hearts. The background coloured with Disteres Ink but girl coloured with pencils. Lets spread love at this Day!


Sarah - I just had to choose the beautiful Honey Rose transitions stamp set for my Mother's Day Card - My mum loves her garden and these layering stamps make all of the shading on the flowers a piece of cake!

ENRICA - For this week’s challenge, the Design Team was asked to create a project for Mother's Day and I decided for a cute tag. I coloured up the Honeypie Sweet Flower Bouquet digi coloured with Copics. I layered up some digi papers from the Winnie Sunshine Delights Paper Pack 1 and Dahlia Flower 2, and added some beautiful flowers from the Flowers and Foliage - Winnie Special Moments set. Sabina - Hello everyone. For today's challenge I am sharing my Mother's Day project using pre - coloured Tulip, The Darling Buds digital stamp. I cut her with an oval die, added some patterned paper and sentiment.


Sonja - For todays challenged I have used Sweet Heart Balloons - Honeypie she is such a sweet girl. As my Mom loves flowers I added those wonderful Flowers from Winnie Sunshine Delights Embellishments Bundle. The saying is from Mother's Day Messages and Sentiments - I hope my mom will love this card...


Renske - Hello everyone. This is my inspiration card with the Mother's Day theme. I designed the card on the computer. That's the beauty of digital products. I used the digital paper from the set "love always papers one", and combined that with the digital stamp "Love You Mum Banner". I placed the sentiment from the set "Mother's Day Messages and Sentiments" in the left hand corner. I printed the digital stamp several times because I wanted to make it in 3D, so you can make multiple layers that way. Hope you like it. Happy Crafting!
