Cozy Christmas new release:

As always, lot's going on here, so let's see the inspiration from the team for this special week!

Today we are very excited to welcome Maria to the team - we know you will love seeing her amazing creations - welcome Maria!

Maria - My First Polkadoodles Project! I’m so excited to share my very first creation as part of the Polkadoodles team – it’s such an honor to be here! For the Trim the Tree challenge, I couldn’t resist reaching for the adorable Curly Christmas stamp set. I stamped the images, colored them with Faber-Castell watercolor pencils (numbers 109, 112, 115, 121, 168, 184, 219, 225), blended everything with a brush, and fussy cut the pieces. To add some sparkle and detail, I highlighted areas with a Uniball Signo pen. For the card base, I chose a fun-fold design. I splattered the white cardstock with watercolor paint for a playful background. Then I stamped the images directly onto the card base and adhered my colored pieces on top using foam pads for extra dimension. As a finishing touch, I decorated the Christmas tree with some sweet little Polka dots as ornaments. I hope you enjoy this festive card as much as I enjoyed making it. Find me on Instagram and let me know what you think of it. Happy crafting! Hugs, Maria

Julie - For my Design Team project, I couldn’t resist choosing this sweet Bella Bear image — there’s just something magical about decorating a Christmas tree under snowy skies. I really wanted to play with layers on this card, so I built it up with many layers. I started with the first layer of rolling hills of snow & background trees. A second layer of the same background with the buildings and farthest two hills cut from it. I created the next layer of Bella, her present, the bag of stars (cutting out the closest row of trees and snowbank) and adhered this on top of the existing layers for extra depth. The final layer consisted of an added layer of Bella, the present and the bag of stars. The end result is a festive little scene bursting with dimension, just like the holiday season itself — cozy, cheerful, and full of joy. My Blog; Instagram; Facebook

Taty - Christmas is approaching, it's time for preparations, and with the colorful digital image Winnie Winterland, I decorated a little box to give as a gift for cookies or chocolates. I printed the image in color and cut it out precisely. For embellishments, I added a 3D wooden tree and the chipboard lettering. To close the box, I added magnets. Have fun!

Rosanna - Hello creative friends! My DT inspiration project for this week is a winter/Christmas project that I made using the beautiful Winnie Heavenly Snowman stamp set. To create the base, I used a cardboard circle about 20 cm wide, which I then covered with white cardstock. I created the background using two types of pink Oxide ink pads. This is a very cute stamp, like all Winnie stamps, and I colored it with Copic alcohol markers. In the left corner, I used the beautiful Polkadoodles Holly Spruce dies, which I recommend purchasing given the exceptional price on their website.
I finished the little landscape with snow paste (the kind you have at home), which I placed under the little girl and the tiny snowman. I added ribbons and lace at the top so that this decoration can be hung up. I hope you like this project. Big hugs, Rosanna
