So, let's see the inspiration from the team for this week - we've been creating lots of gorgeous Pancake inspired projects for you, as Pancake day is coming up in a couple of weeks and it's so much fun here in the UK!...

Julie - I created this card with the Flipping Pancakes image from Polkadoodles Pancakes & Waffles collection. The stacks of pancakes wiggle and wobble, trying to stay in the frying pan. Thr sentiment is from “Have a Flippin’ Great Day”, this card is perfect for celebrating the deliciousness of Pancake Day! Details to create this card can be found on my Blog. Carrianne - Hi friends! Today, I'm sharing a super fun card for this week’s theme—Pancake Day! There are so many adorable images to choose from, but I couldn’t resist Flipping Pancakes Digital Image because she totally reminds me of myself when I try to flip them. I always end up making a mess! I colored the image with alcohol markers and used a stitched square die to cut it out. For the background, I chose the Paper Patterns 2 - Winnie Daisy Fairy for a fun and playful touch. The sentiment is from the Pancakes and Waffles Greetings Bundle, which was the perfect finishing touch for this card.

Wendy - Today on the Polkadoodles challenge, we're celebrating one of the yummiest holidays - "Pancake Day". It's not an official holiday in the states, but it should be. For my card, I used the black and white digital stamps from Pancake Waffles Digital Stamps and colored them with my Copic markers to create a delicious breakfast fit for this holiday. I'm getting hungry! Have fun creating and good luck!

Taty - Hello and happy creative new year to all of you who follow us. Today I'm sharing my inspiration for the pancake day themed challenge, a small bag to give away sweets. For this project I chose the beautiful Pancake Time digital stamp that I colored with Prismacolor pencils: face 927-1014-939, shoes 922-924-1030, flowers 1001-1002-118, hair 943-1081-1082-948, dress 1001-1002-1033. I embellished the coloring with the white gel pen and the glossy acent for the pancake icing and finally I combined the sentiment from the Winnie Celebrations 1 collection.

Merja - I decided to use this adorable Pancake Time image, coloured it with alcohol markers and added some highlights with white gel pen and white paint marker. I used the papers from Winnie Daisy Fairy Paper Patterns 2 and sentiment from Pancakes and Waffles greetings bundle 2, designed the look with a text editor program and then printed them. I cut the purple paper with a cutting die, added acetate sheet on the backside and then foam tape on the edges (on the backside also). After I had checked that there were no openings on the foam tape line I added some glitter and confetti and added the background paper. When I taped the girl on the front it seemed to need something more so I added some precoloured images (honey and cherries) from Winnie Fruit Punch Embellies Bundle and "draining syrup" I made with Grungey Slime stencil and Distress Ink. Very delicious card!

Nunzia: It'a a real good idea to have a pancake party, they are so delicious. And a themed greating card is perfect for any occasion. That's why I decided to choose this cute precoloured Pancake time image adding just some sparkle on the dress and flowers. Than, I prepared a background with a paper from Noodle Panda Set, cutting out some elements to create a flower in the corner. For the sentiment, which is part of Pancakes and waffles greetings bundle-1, I would to print it in a large size to give more interest to the tag.

More gorgeous inspiration for you this week to use - we hope you'll share what you make with your Polkadoodles products on our Social Media!
