Let's see the inspiration from the team - we've been creating lots of lovely inspiration for the coming season!...

Tinne - Hi everyone! For this challenge I made a slimline card using the gorgeous Isadora Witch cute Halloween pre-coloured digital image. I think precoloured images are so great to create cards with! I cut out a basic slimline rectangle with a die, and applied orange ink on it, using a zigzag stencil. I splattered some water and ink on the background to add some interest. The sentiment I used is from the Halloween Trick or Treat Printable Greetings set. I combined it with a ‘hello’ sentiment die from my stash. A reel of how I made this card will be available on my Instagram page.

Deborah - Hello all! For this week's challenge, I created a 5" x 7" faux stepper card using the Matilda Witch Digi , Autumn Fall Digi Pack , Boo Halloween Printable Sentiments , and the Pretty & Pink Paper Pack . I thought it would be fun to see her all colored up in Autumn Colors with some sweet sunflowers and pumpkins. She is also available in a pre-colored version.
If you would like to use the same colors I used, I have listed them below.

  • Matilda:
  • Skin - E 00, 11, 13 & RV 11
  • Hat & Dress - E 07, 09, 13, 19; BG 10, 72; YG 91, 95, 99; YR 12, 31; Y 21; W 3; E 50, 51
  • Broom & Hair - YR 23, 31; E 34, 37, 49
  • Boots & Purse - E 29, 31, 34, 35, 39
  • Tree: E 18, 19, 29, 34, 37, 39
  • Sunflowers: YR 12, 14, 31; E 19, 34, 35; Y 26, 28; G 85, 94; BG 93; YG 95
  • Pumpkins: YR 09, 12, 14, 18, 31; W 1, 3, 5; R 01; E 53, 70; BG 72; C 1, 2, 4

Enrica - Hello everyone! This week the DT was asked to create a project with Autumn colours and I decided for a simple easel card. I used the super cute Sleeping Lily Ladybug Ladybird and the Country Road Scene background, added pumpkins and leaves from the Autumn/Fall digital download bundle and coloured with Copic. Love this cute scene and those warm colours!

Sonja – I used this little Apple Bobbing Halloween Gnome and made a hoop form my front door for Halloween. I used the as Background from Halloween Trick or Treat printable papers bundle 1 the leaves and pumpkin are coming from Autumn/Fall digi stamps set the sign from Halloween Trick or Treat printable Word Art. How will your front doors look like?

Renske - Hello everyone. For this autumnal card, I got to work with the digital stamp Autumn Wheelbarrow Halloween Gnome. I combined this digital stamp with the clear stamp set "Nuts About You". I placed this cute gnome and squirrel in an autumnal forest. After colouring all the elements with my alcohol markers, I added white metallic paint splatters. The finishing touches included the sentiments 'Autumn' and 'I wheel-y think you're great' from the 'Halloween Trick or Treat printable sentiment set'. I hope you like it again. Happy Crafting!

Natalia Kuzak - Autumn is here and the beautiful colours of this season are around us too. I've prepared today a tag with a cat in pumpkin from a pack of Hocus Pocus Witches Halloween printable digital stamps colored with alcohol markers. I used splashes of Distress Inks as a background.

Sabina - Our challenge this week is "not a square card", so I made a jar shaped card. I used papers from Distress ink papers plain set and Halloween Trick or Treat printable papers bundle 2. This cute little girl called Pumpkin Girl Boo Halloween is coloured with Ohuhu markers. The sentiment is part of Halloween Trick or Treat printable Greetings bundle.

Judy: Hi there! This week's DT card is all about autumn colors mixed with a tiny bit of Halloween! The focal image is from the new Autumn Fall Halloween Treat PrintablesI colored with Prismacolor pencils & fussy cut, then stenciled the sky with blue ink & die cut the hills with Noodle Panda Set 2 Printable PaperThe fence was die cut & embossed with an embossing folder. I printed the sentiment from Ghastly Ghost Halloween Printables & die cut.

Jane Robinson - Hi! Jane R here. For this cute card, I followed these steps from a pinterest pin:
1 Cut a rectangle of white card stock to 4¼ x 5½ inches
2 Cut a strip of white card stock to 1 x 8¾ inches
3 Score that thin strip on the long side at ¼ - 2¼ - 6½ - 8½
4 Glue to two ¼ inch tabs to the bottom rear of the card panel
5 Cut two more strips of white card stock to 1 x 4¾
6 Score both of those strips at ¼ - 4½
7 Glue the ¼ inch tabs to the inside of the previously glued strip, spacing evenly
NB. Burnish all score lines well

To decorate I used: Polkadoodles patterned paper that I adore and can use time and time again. Frank digi stamp, Gloria digi stamp and Ghost digi stamp. Sentiment from a printable of so many greetings you'll be spoilt for choice. I coloured the digi stamps with Spectrum Noir Tri-Blend alcohol markers from Crafters Companion - I used the following colours:
Purple Blend, Green Turquoise Blend, Ice Grey Blend, True Blue Shades, Coral Shades, Gelly Roll White no.8, Gelly Roll black glaze pen for the eyes

This card when flat will need a larger envelope as the dimensions are 6¼ x 5½. Thanks so much for looking and I hope you give this one a try. Please post your creations in the Polkadoodles Facebook Group. We’d love to see your makes!
