Let's see the inspiration from the team - we've been creating lots of lovely Halloween/Autumn inspiration for you!...

Today we're welcoming some super new crafters onto the team and we can't wait to start sharing their work with you all! So big huge welcomes to Jane Robinson, Tinne PeetersSarah Wyles and Deborah Hellman!

Jane Robinson - Hi there. This is Jane, and this is my first DT project for Polkadoodles and I couldn’t be happier to be part of the guest design team. I used Wheelbarrow Gnome and Frankenstein Gnome coloured using my Spectrum Noir markers. I have the Tri-blends and the brush Tri-blends and used a mixture of the two. The colours I used are as follows:
  • Purple blend – PL, PL3, PL2
  • Alpine green blend – AG5, AG3, AG1
  • Orange blend – OR3, OR2, OR1
  • Brown grey blend – BG9, BG6, BG2
  • Ice grey blend – IG10, IG7, IG2
  • Dark red blend – DR7, DR4, DR1
  • Earth brown blend – EB7, EB4, EB1
  • Fair skin blend – FS8, FS7, FS6
I also used a touch of coloured pencil for more definition, and Gelly Roll no.10 for highlights. I added the ‘EEK’, and the 'Pump Up Your Pumpkins' sentiments mat on pink, purple and black card stock with thin borders to help those sentiments to pop off the card. I fussy cut the cauldron, ghost, bat and haunted house from the patterned paper for added decoration.

Tinne Peeters - Hi everyone! For my first challenge as a DT member I chose a ghost as a Halloween icon. The Boo Ghost Halloween Gnome precoloured digital stamp is perfect for it! I created a full moon background using stencils and Distress Oxide inks. I cut out a black grass border using a die, and inked the top of the grass blades with blue ink. The sentiment I used is from the Halloween Trick or Treat Printable Greetings set. A video of how I made this card will be available on my Instagram page, I'd love it if you'd follow me and say hello!...

Deborah Hellman - Hello all, so good to be here!  Here are two cute Halloween projects that I created using the Digi Winnie Wednesday Witch and Cat. For the Halloween treat bag, I slightly enlarged the Boo Halloween paper  in order to cover a 8.5 x 11" landscaped paper and added the image before printing. I then folded, glued, and added an optional decorative border and ribbon at the top. After completing the bag, I decided to make a smaller matching card using the same image. The sentiments for both projects came from the Boo Sentiment Bundle .I colored all images using Copic alcohol ink markers listed below. I hope you like them as much as I enjoyed creating them.
  • Robe, Hat, Hair: RV 52, 63, 55, 66
  • Hair, Hat, Cat: C 2, 3, 5, 7, 9 and BV 23
  • Pumpkins: Y 35 and YR 15, 18
  • Skin: E 00, 11, 13 and RV 11
  • Dress: BG 11, 23, 49
  • Broom and Pumpkin Tops: E 23, 27, 79 and YR 31
  • Buckle: YR 31 and E 31
  • Leaves: YR 31 and BG 93

Sarah Wyles - I'm thrilled to be part of the team! Today I've been busy creating with the super cute witch from the Boo Collection and layering paper textures. I inked all around the edges for a spooky feel and made her look a little 'green' lol.

Judy: My DT project for this week's challenge is a Halloween card created with the Grab Your Broomstick Matchables Stamp and Die SetI colored the images with Spectrum Noir Markers. The background was done by watercoloring with Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pens. The sentiment was stamped and die cut.

Natalia - Halloween has been on our blog lately, so today, I have another card with pumpkins for this occasion. I used a giant pumpkin from the new collection - Ghastly Ghost Halloween. I used Boneshakin Halloween paper as a background, and additional images such as leaves, bats, and small pumpkins are from the Autumn Fall Halloween Treat collection. Everything was colored with alcohol markers.

Sabina - We are in the Halloween mood. I made a quick and easy Halloween treat holder out of 6"x 6" piece of paper and decorate it with the paper scraps from the Happy Cactus Succulent printable paper patterns 1. I added a pre-coloured Apple Bobbing Halloween Gnome digi and one of the sentiments from Halloween Trick or Treat printable Greetings.

Enrica - Hi everyone, Happy Halloween! This week the DT was asked to use Halloween icons and I decided to make a card with the cute Boo Halloween Ghost digital stamp which includes most of them (a ghost -of course!-, a pumpkin, a coffin and some spiders), added a scary sentiment from the Halloween Trick or Treat printable Word Art set and a bat from an old Halloween set. I created my purple background colored with Copic, patterned paper is from the Halloween Trick or Treat printable papers bundle 2.

Sonja - These Boxes are quickly crafted I simply used my favorite papers from Halloween Trick or Treat printable papers bundle 1 and printed out in large then I folded the triangle Boxes and decorated with Halloween Trick or Treat printable Word Art and finished are the treats for our neighbor kids little Devil Boo is a great sweet decoration as well as on one of the boxes for a special person.

Renske - Hello everyone. This time I created a Halloween gnome card using Polkadoodle's digital stamp Pumpkins Halloween Gnome. I coloured this super cute stamp with my alcohol markers. I also used two different patterned papers from the Boo Halloween printable background paper digital bundle. I combined these to make a background for these fun gnomes. I used the patterned paper with the spider webs to add some dimension with the colours black and blue ink. In addition, I cut ghosts from another patterned paper to glue them onto the spider web paper. This way you can easily create your own background. To finish the card I used the text "Pump up your Pumpkins from the Halloween Trick or Treat printable Greetings set. I hope you like it again. Happy Crafting!
