Wk 49 Card making & craft challenge - Anything Goes at Polkadoodles

It's time for a brand new card making & crafting challenge!...

So let's get to today's inspiration...today the team were asked to create something for a Winter Wedding - let's see what the team made for us...


Kim For this week’s challenge, we were asked to create a stepper “winter wedding” card, so I made this beautiful center step card featuring the pre-colored Bride & Groom digital stamp from the Work & Play – Love & Kisses Collection. Paired with shimmery papers that I dry-embossed, paper flowers, and lots of clear glass bubbles, and I think this just might be my favorite card that I have ever made!
Nikky - I love our Blooms digi stamp collection and Bloom 4 was my first go-to for this challenge. I just printed out this digistamp in grey (adjust your printer settings) onto some nice white textured card and also printed a sentiment using a font on my computer. I just added some light grey card at the end of this slimline card blank and cut the digi in half so it was very subtle and elegant - perfect for a wedding invitation, easy and fast to make so perfect for the whole set of stationery and it costs next to nothing if you have a wedding coming up on a budget!
Rachael - Awww a white winter wedding, how romantic!  For this card I used a Christmas gnome stamp set called meet me under the mistletoe as I thought they made the cutest pair!  I wanted a cream and soft colour theme so went for monochromatic colouring with lots of sparkle!  The flowers are from a different stamp set called poinsettia greetings, I just fussy cut around the pot leaving the blooms to decorate! 

Pam For my inspirational card today I've used Winnie Fairytale Dreamer and the Bridegroom images to make this elegant wedding step card.  After coloring the images with Copic markers, I fussy cut each of them out.  The step card was cut with coordinating blue cardstock and the front panel covered with digital paper from the Love & Kisses digital package. 


Merja - My studies are taking so much of my time at the moment so I went with a super simple style. I stamped some gift packages here and there using Curly Christmas Stamp Set. Then I added a sentiment from Birthday Celebrations Stamp Set and some acrylic diamonds. Really simple card, but I like it 😊
 

Nunzia: for my winter wedding card, the main characters are this cute couple in their wedding car. The patterned digi papers are from Love Romance paper bundle while the poinsettias are printed and fussed cut from Winnie Winterland digis. Sentiments on the steps are from Love Always-printable sentiments and the big one from Winnie celebrations 2.
