Wk 40 - Anything Goes Craft Challenge at Polkadoodles


As ever, our challenge theme is

This week the team were challenged to make their version of a reveal card - just check out all the awesome ideas they came up with!! 

Lisa  -  I have used Earlie Hedgehog Balloon, papers, a sentiment and Lovely Lace Rectangles Dies to make a magic card.  Here is a video for you to see what I did!
And this is the final finished card...

Ann-Marie  -  For my make this week I have made a pumpkin shaped reveal card.  The pumpkin image, tombstone and tree images are all from the Witchie Witchie download bundle and I just resized them to suit and cut them out.  I then coloured up Winnie Wednesday Witch & Cat with a mix of Spectrum Noir and copic markers.  I made the reveal part of my card in the 'o' of the word Boo and you turn the dial to choose between a couple of sentiments, a bat or a black cat.
Michela I made a reveal Halloween card. I used Winnie Wednesday Pumpkin, I have colored image with my prismacolor pencil. The card contains a pull-out invitation for a party inside. For the "rosettas" and the background I used one of the cards in the set Little Monsters.The sentiment is from Halloween Trick or Treat.

Fleur I have made a Halloween reveal card, using a bubbling cauldron. The image is Winnie Wednesday - Skull, she is coloured with distress inks. Papers are Halloween Trick or Treat 3 and the pull-out sentiment is from the Halloween Trick or Treat set.

Dawn - For my Halloween reveal card, I made a Flip Flap card.  I used the precolored Winnie Wednesday Bat Girl . For the sentiments I used from Halloween Trick or Treat set.

Ruth - I made a Halloween Scratch Off Card that can be used as an invitation or just as a surprise card.  I used the digi stamp called Winnie Wednesday Witch & Cat  which I colored with Copics.  I added stickles to the hat and the green dress.

I used the grey pattern paper from the Printable Papers 1 - Winnie White Christmas for the tag where the sentiment is.  And the sentiment is part of the set Quotes - Winnie Special Moments .....

Wk 39 Anything Goes Card making & Craft challenge at Polkadoodles

Nelly Using an mdf snowflake i decorated it using two cute penguins digi stamp and colouring them with distress markers: the background is a water colour wash, next i took some twine and threaded through some jingle bells and a star and buttons from my craft stash !
Corinne here with my project using 2" wide ribbon, buttons and string..
I used Winnie Winterland - Candy Cane Elf digital download. I also used : Layering Trees dies & Country Christmas 6x6 Paper. She is colored with Copic Markers.. I cut out the image and cut a mat for it in black to match the paper..Picked some dark green for the tree.. loving the layers of the tree.. Cut a piece of 2" ribbon and layered a piece of twine on it.. cut off the backs of the sparkly buttons and placed them on...
Judy: My project this week is a hoilday shadow box. I used a b/w image, tree embellies, a frame and a tag from the Winnie Winterland - Big Kahuna CD Rom Digital Collection. The skates were die cut from Ice Skates/Skating Die.
Ruth: I've made a gift box using a sheet of linen effect white card from my stash and then made the big bow using papers from the Heartfelt 8x8 paper pack and then added a cute pre coloured penguin from Winnie White Christmas download. I've also used one of the Posydoodles Basic Tag to cut out the cute penguin.
Beata made x-mas card using Design Sheet 2-Winnie White Christmas. Sign is from set Festive Word Art. Background is made from Papers 1 Winnie White Christmas.
Cinderella here for Polkadoodles. Love making these Christmas creations with the jolly good stuff from Polkadoodles I`ve used the stamp Naughty or Nice? And the Beautiful Holly Jolly paperpack Christmas paper.

Wk 38 - Anything Goes Craft & Cardmaking challenge at Polkadoodles

 Michela  I create a interactive card. To realize this project I used Ruby Raindrop Umbrella. I colored the digital stamp and background with Prismacolor pencils. I made a frame with a blue cardboard, I decorated it with white and celestial flowers.
With wire and beads I simulated the falling rain. I applied the sentiment "Bundle of joy" that I chose from the kit Winnie Celebrations 3 sentiments.
Ruth - I made a card with a chocolate box in the front of the card. When you see the card close looks like just a box for a chocolate, but then you can open it , you have a surprise! ! What a great gift, isn't? I used the digi stamp called Ruby Gift. I colored her with Copics and added some sparkle with Stikles to the gift and the envelope and Wink of Stella to the hair and the lace on the pants.  I tried to make her pants look with texture.
Lisa - My make this week is a page for my journal. It's the second page I have made but I haven't actually made the cover yet! I have used Believe in Angels clear stamp set, Creative Angel 6x6 Stencil and Moroccan Screen Stencil. I stamped the head, masked it and then created an inky background. After it was dry I added doodling and removed the mask and coloured the head with a mix of alcohol markers and pencils.
Dawn - I made a rectangle Pop Up card. I used the Winnie Wednesday Witch & Cat Precolored image for my project this week. The sentiment is from Spooky Sentiment bundle. 


Fleur  I have made an Autumn wall hanging with leaves & bells that shake. I have used January - Nature Lover teamed with papers from Twiggy & Toots PH4 The sentiment is from Serenity Wishes....
