So let's see what the team have made to inspire us this week!

Nelly - firstly Spritzed alcohol inks onto Yupo paper in blues, pink and gold, next I printed and coloured Winnie Sunshine bouquet digi stamp image with alcohol pens you can find the image HERE.
The flowers were die cut and coloured with oxides, you can get the dies HERE. The Sentiment was stamped using All Occasion stamps (also comes with a die Strip) HERE
Liz - Hi there! Today I've made Hubby's retirement sign for his man shed!! lol!  I've used this great MDF board from the Altered Art Board and chipboard set which you can decorate to anything you wish, so I added lots of gardening elements from the SUMMER GARDEN collection which I really love. The tools and leaves are all from the gorgeous Green Fingers chipboard elements, along with these lush die cut leaves called leafy Fronds and I just layered some torn papers from the Not so plain kraft paper pack.

Julie - The Horace and Boo digi stamps are always so much fun to create with, however when it's a friends birthday card - it only adds to the fun! I chose to color the See Saw Friends image with Copic Markers. I added the image using foam tape to a die cut background that I had first embossed to give the design some texture. I also blended a slight bit of ink around the edges of the embossed layer to tie it in with my background panel of the same shape cut from a pattern paper in shades of orange and yellow. After adding the background layer to a card base, used foam tape to give the embossed layer a bit of a boost so it would pop out from the card base. A few coordinating gems and a perfectly paired sentiment finished the card off.

Maria - I went for a slow, mindful crafting session today, focusing on coloring this sweet Winnie image with my Polychromos pencils. Her big hat and tiny pup are just too cute for words! For the background, I used the Boho perfect poppies layering stencils to create a floral scene that matches my coloring perfectly. I kept things simple for the greeting by using the Everyday sentiment strip pack, the perfect no-stamp solution. To finish it off, I added mats in a deep blackberry shade to give the colors extra depth and contrast.

Taty - Hello creatives, today I'm sharing my DT birthday-themed inspiration, a quick project for those who are short on time but want to personalize greeting cards. I created a card, starting from a cream-colored, 250g cardstock that I folded into a Z. On the front half of the cardboard I glued a green sheet and then I decorated everything with the pre-colored poppy images from the collection Winnie Stepping Stones digital stamp.  On the front I glued the poppy background and on the inside I applied the precisely cut poppies. To give a touch of light and movement I applied the Nuvo red Drops glitter on the poppy petals and the Cristal Drops transparent morning dew on the butterfly's wings.

Robbie - Hello everyone, We all need birthday cards and I don't know about you but once in a while you need one for the little people in our lives. Here is an idea using a fun Surprise Cake image. I colored it with some colored pencils. The pattern paper from Alcea Hollyhock Flowers bundle had colorful dots to add to the fun image. The Spring Flowers Mother's Day Friends greeting had a simple birthday I punched out. I finished it off with some silver candle gems from my stash.

So let's see what the team have made to inspire us this week!

We are thrilled to welcome Nelly back to the team - it's been too long since she was here, so make sure you pop over to her socials and say hello again!

Nelly - Hello everyone, it's great to be back creating with Polkadoodles again! I missed you! For my project I made an A2 waterfall card using The Bubble stencil to complete the backgrounds on the 4 panels using watercolour. Next I stamped and watercoloured images from Birthday Surprise and Sweet Birthday stamps. The sentiments were all stamped and cut from the Bright and Beautiful stamp and die cut set.
Products used:

Renske - For this card, I created a soft arch-shaped base by hand-cutting the shape from white cardstock and layering it with a lilac mat for subtle contrast. The background was blended using Distress Inks in Tumbled Glass, Salty Ocean, and Dusty Concord, keeping the centre light to highlight the image. I coloured the Bluebell Flower Girl digi stamp with alcohol markers, using a mix of blue and purple tones in the flowers to tie in with the background. The image was fussy cut with a fine white border and popped up with foam tape for gentle dimension, while the extra flowers were adhered flat. I finished the card with a “Thinking of You” sentiment from the Every Day Greetings and Quotes set, keeping the overall design clean so the colouring remains the focus. Hugs Renske

Enrica - Hi crafty friends! This week the DT was asked to make a card with a not standard shape and I immediately thought of a honeycomb shaped card. The idea came from the will to use some cute digis from the Bee Buzzy digital set.. I love this release and couldn't wait to color some more!

Jenn B - The digi I used from Polkadoodles is called Mocha Coffee Cup and the papers I used to paper-piece the coffee cup were from the Rebel Papers 3 pack. I simply fussy cut the cup out twice from cardstock, then fashioned a tiny card to attach each piece along the edge. I printed the cup again onto patterned paper to paper-piece it and did the same with the sentiment. I created the I love you a sentiment in Canva and used a heart nesting die to cut it out. The word Latte is from the Coffee, Tea and Cake Word Art set.

Revati - Who says cards have to be rectangles? I’m sharing this unique shaped card today using the Mocha Cup Coffee Digi Stamp. I paired it with a sentiment from the Winnie Daisy Messages set for those Happy Whatever kind of days. I used a simple hinge fold to turn this caffeinated cutie into a standing card. More details on my blog.

I would love it if you could follow me on social media:

Liz - I felt in the mood for an art journal page again, so this time I played with a stencil and some texture paste. When dry, I used Gelatos and Distress Crayons for the colours, creating a more grungy look. I used the gorgeous Every Wish stamp set again, masking off to create a hidden flower peeking out behind the stem, then simply adding the butterfly stamp from the same set above. These were coloured with Distress pencils. I used the smaller stamps from the set to add a little interest here and there to finish the page. I love doing a grungy look now and again and love how different the stamp set looks depending on the colours and mixed media you use.

Judy - My scalloped circle card was created with the Bunny with Carrots Colour Printable as the focal image. It was fussy cut and popped onto a circle die cut placed onto a patterned paper background. I added the sentiment, printable flowers and a bow.

So let's see what the Design Team have been making...

We are delighted to welcome Robbie to the team this week - we're looking forward to sharing her lovely makes with you all and hope you'll all follow her (and the rest of the team) on social for a follow back too! Welcome, Robbie!

Robbie - Hello everyone, I have my first project to share with you. I am sharing a Mother's Day card using several digital products from Polkadoodles. The paper in the Blooms butterfly bundle was a pretty teal plaid and perfect for a feminine card. I used some alcohol markers to color the flower spray from Blooms 1 Flower bundle. The Spring Flower Mothers Day Friends greetings sentiments bundle had a fancy script sentiment. To finish my card I created a triple loop bow using some polka dot organdy ribbon from my stash.

Maria - Mother’s Day has already passed here in England, but it’s still coming up in my home country Germany – and my mum’s birthday is just around the corner as well. She’s a florist, so naturally she loves flowers. She’s usually a big fan of pink, but I think these soft pastel tones will make her happy too. The flowers from the Chamomile Flower Dies Set are just so adorable, don’t you think?
I coloured them using brushing pencils, just like I did with the leaves. The background was also created with the help of the pencils and the wonderful Happy Celebrations Stencil.
I’ve become a big fan of the Sentiment Strip Pack and used another lovely phrase from it here. And of course, the obligatory polka dots had to make an appearance again – both on the flowers and in the background!

Taty - Hello creatives, today I share my DT inspiration for the Mother's Day theme. I created a greeting card for my mom, using the pre-colored image Waffle Cream Frosting Cupcake. The card is layered with two-tone blue cardstock, blue paper and digital paper featuring cupcakes from the collection Coffee Tea and Cake. I glued the cupcake image thickly and added glitter to the cream and the glossy accent to the wafer and the little pink bow. To embellish, I added small hearts by die-cutting paper cutouts of the digital pattern from the same collection Coffee Tea and Cake. Thanks to the fabulous pre-colored Polkaddodles collection, creating cards is quick and fun.

Julie - This card came together easily using a classic layout that uses a 4 x 5 1/2 inch piece of Winnie Sugar Sprinkles Paper (embossed with any embossing folder you choose) layered on an A2 sized color cardstock panel. Adding a secondary 2 inch x 5 1/2 inch strip of similar pattern paper gives the eye more to see through a 3 1/2 inch circle of vellum. On top of the vellum is where this cute little digi Earlie Hedghog Dandelion was added using foam tape. Earlie was colored using a combination of Copic Markers - Brown E57, E55, E53, E51. Teal B15, B11, B10. Green YG63, YG61. Orange YR68, YR21,YR14. Pink R85, R81. The butterfly was from an additional Earlie image, colored and added with foam tape and just a touch of sparkle. A Just For You Sentiment works perfectly for Mother's Day greeting, and a few sequins in a coordinating color finish the card off.
